There are several ways mitigate the chances of becoming diabetic, as well as maintaining low blood sugar levels. Exercise plays a huge role in keeping healthy and maintaining a healthy immune system. Daily TV commercials are continually preaching the importance of just 30 minutes of exercise a day and the importance of healthy eating. The number one thing many people refer to someone with diabetes is that they are â€Å"fat†. Society has put this into our heads that if someone is diabetic, they are automatically overweight or even obese; this is not the case for everyone person with diabetes.
